Terms & Conditions

Last updated: September 1, 2025

1. Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of Clean Signal (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform. By using our services, you also agree to our Privacy Policy.

2. Services Provided

Clean Signal provides automated systems to help small businesses follow up with leads, respond to missed calls, and route customer messages through SMS and email. These services include but are not limited to SMS and email automation, lead intake forms and routing, internal notifications, booking calendar integrations, and optional onboarding and performance reviews.

3. Payment and Subscription

All services are offered on a subscription basis, billed monthly through Stripe. Subscription tiers include Starter ($300/month), Growth ($500/month), and Pro ($1,000/month). Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled prior to the next billing cycle. Access to service features begins upon payment confirmation.

4. Opt-In Requirement

By submitting a lead capture form hosted or powered by Clean Signal, the end user provides explicit, informed consent to receive automated text and email communications from the business identified on the form. The opt-in notice is clearly displayed at the time of submission and includes links to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. Opting in is not required to browse general information about the service but is required to receive communications.

5. Opt-Out Instructions

All SMS messages include the line: “Reply STOP to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for help.” Replying STOP will immediately stop all future SMS messages from being delivered. Email messages can be unsubscribed from via footer links or by direct request. All unsubscribe and opt-out requests are honored without delay across the platform.

6. Messaging Details

The frequency of automated messages may vary depending on the client’s selected service tier and onboarding configuration. Typically, users will receive between one (1) and five (5) messages per week during the first 30 days. Message and data rates may apply, depending on the recipient's mobile carrier.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for ensuring that all leads or contacts they submit have given valid and documented consent to receive communications. Clean Signal may not be used to send unsolicited messages, spam, or bulk advertisements. Clients must comply with all applicable regulations, including but not limited to the TCPA, CAN-SPAM Act, and relevant data protection laws.

8. Data Sharing and Third Parties

To deliver our services, we use trusted third-party providers including GoHighLevel for CRM and automation, Stripe for billing, and Twilio (or similar) for SMS delivery. Clean Signal does not sell or share personal data outside of what is necessary to operate the service.

9. Changes and Termination

We may revise these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the current Terms. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend service for any client or end user who violates these Terms.

10. Data Retention

We retain collected personal data as long as the client account is active or as required to fulfill our service obligations. Clients may request data deletion by contacting [email protected]
