2Accounts and Usage
By using CleanSignal, you agree to:
- Provide accurate contact and business information
- Use the service lawfully and in compliance with all SMS/email regulations
- Avoid spam, illegal content, or prohibited use cases
3Messaging Terms (SMS/Email)
By submitting your contact info, you agree we may send:
- Service-related SMS and emails (e.g., confirmations, reminders, review requests)
- Marketing messages only if you opt in via an unchecked box
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
You may reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance.
Consent is not a condition of purchase.
4Subscriptions / Billing
- Subscription plans: Starter, Growth, Pro (see pricing page)
- Promotional pricing (e.g., Beta $99/mo) may apply for a limited time
- Billing is handled via Stripe
- Plans renew monthly unless canceled
- Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
- You authorize recurring billing until you cancel
5Service Availability
CleanSignal is provided "as is." We are not responsible for:
- Carrier filtering or SMS delivery failures
- Third-party outages (e.g., Twilio, Stripe)
- Misconfiguration on your end
6Your Compliance Responsibilities
You must:
- Obtain proper consent from your own customers before messaging them
- Not use the platform to send prohibited content
- Follow all TCPA, carrier, and anti-spam regulations
7Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages
- Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the past 3 months
8Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CleanSignal and Matthew Callahan for any claims resulting from:
- Your content or communications
- Your use or misuse of the platform
- Your failure to comply with applicable laws
9Governing Law / Venue
- This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas
- Venue: Travis County, Texas courts

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service indicates your agreement to the latest version.
